TRG Hiring Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships to enable communication and obtain credible client specific organizational and operational details from product users in North America and EMEA to share with Inside Sales and Client Services.

• Collect business requirements and perform trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability.

• Gather client reports and conduct complex data analysis and synthesis.

• Support the client through internal processes in order to execute timely deployments.

• Prepare SOW(s) based upon customer requirements working with the SATMAP GD Team.


• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and system information for projects assigned.

• Resolve problems by working as a contact person between our company and our clients. This includes coordinating with GD Leads as well as other key players (on and off shore). 

• Submit status reports to management summarizing completed projects/tasks

Requirements:

•     Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/Technology/ Management Information Systems; Master’s degree is ideal.

• Minimum 7 years of experience with 2+ years of PM exposure and preferably PMP Certified.

• Above average skills in relational database management systems and ability to use SQL. 

• Proven ability to manage client relationships.

• Understanding of client corporate organizational structures.

• Experienced in writing and comprehending technical reports.

• Skilled in managing general spreadsheets.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
